There never seems to be a perfect time.

 

As a mom of 3 little ones myself, I deeply understand how hard it can be to fit a workout into your day. That's why I’m starting something new this summer - Busy Moms Fitness Club — a simple, realistic fitness program designed specifically for moms don’t have a lot of time for themselves.

 

Busy Moms Fitness Club is a beginner-friendly fitness program that helps you build strength, improve your fitness, and create healthy habits - all without overwhelming your schedule.

 

✅ 8 weeks of programming June 29 - Aug 23

✅ 5 workouts per week

✅ Just 15 minutes per workout

✅ Bodyweight & resistance band exercises

✅ Step-by-step guidance for beginners

✅ Support group and weekly check ins

No Experience? Perfect.

Many moms avoid strength training because they think they need to be strong before they start. (Psssst - you’re already strong! Lugging kids/bags/strollers/etc around all day isn’t for the weak!) 

You don’t need to any experience or a gym membership to start this program. All you need is 15 mins per day and a set of elastic bands. That’s it. The Busy Moms Fitness Club was built for those who are starting from square one. Every workout is designed to be approachable, effective, and easy to follow.
